Joan Raymondo is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer as well as an ACE and AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor.  She has taught and trained at facilities all over the Hudson Valley and also owned her own gym for women in Middletown.  She specializes in training women who want to be lean, toned and feminine but not bulky.  She is also very knowledgeable in all aspects of pre- and post-natal fitness.
